Explanation of Rates:
Equitable Rate - for people who have access to greater financial resources or for those who have access to the ESA+ grant and/or insurance or grants that cover OT costs. This rate is helping to redistribute wealth to the community and support accessible access.
Sustainable Rate - this rate covers the cost of this service
Accessible Rate - for people who have less access to financial resources. This rate is redistributing community wealth.
Mutual Aid Agreement - OT therapy/consultation services provided in exchange of resources/support of same value as agreed upon by both parties. Inquire for more information.

FEE FOR SERVICE
BE ME OT operates as a fee-for-service, private pay entity and is committed to continually growing towards equitable access to occupational therapy services and consultation. Sliding scale fees and mutual aid agreements are set to grow our community's access and connection to resources and support and are variable based on a person's current access to financial resources. Additionally, we are working on creating scholarship $0 cost opportunities in partnership with All Neurotypes which will launch in the spring of 2025.
BE ME OT uses a HIPAA-compliant payment system called IVY PAY. We will set up IVY PAY together at your first session and then you will automatically be charged at one of pre-agreed upon rates listed below at the completion of each session and notified with a payment receipt. We can provide you with the documentation necessary to seek direct reimbursement from your insurance carrier for “out of network” coverage.
Jenna is a NCSEAA approved provider.
LICENSING
Jenna Meehan is currently licensed to provide Occupational Therapy service in North Carolina, however, if you would like to receive teletherapy from another state, please contact us.
Consulting services may be provided through Zoom with clients in any location.
