DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION & ACCESSIBILITY

At BE ME OT, we strive to create an environment where our clients and their support systems can feel comfortable sharing who they are, what they believe, and how they feel, without fear of judgment or rejection. We recognize that in order to do so, we must continually seek to interrupt and unlearn unconscious biases, be intentional about gaining cultural competency, and engage in practices that value and elevate marginalized voices.
OUR ONGOING COMMITMENT TO YOU:
We are dedicated to engaging in practices that help dismantle systemic racism, promote gender equity and equality, and shift the language of our culture to become more accessible and inclusive for all. As we engage in learning opportunities and develop partnerships for organizations and leaders who are entrenched in this work, we will continually share more about our journey and encourage all those whom we work with to do the same.
